EVO Remote

Unfortunately, the original remote somehow came off while being used and sank quickly. I have purchased and extra floatation device to prevent this from happening again. The quality of the remote is excellent. Thanks!

The remote works great but the plastic clip is faulty, comes unhooked without pushing it together! And u should also make the handle so it floats instead of sinking to the bottom of the lake!

Great remote, pairs easily. I justvdont underdtand why a water device doesn’t have floation. If it somehow disconnects from wrist band its sinking to the bottom. Definitely a design flaw and a way for waydoo to make an extra $300.

Great remote, one of the best parts of the EVO setup and a real plus to going with Waydoo!

The remote works great and is well made. The screen is bright, and it is very comprehensive with lots of options and settings. The battery lasts for multiple long rides.

Some minor nits:
- The controller itself doesn't float. This seems like a no-brainer to improve the device be making the controller itself float. With the wrist leash it just barely floats, but given that you can disconnect it from the leash, it sucks that it sinks on its own.
- The little pocket on the wrist leash for the battery key is pretty weak. The battery key doesn't stay in there very easily and tends to fall out and dangle.
- The USB connector for charging the control is not very tight and it's easy to have it separate from the controller when you think it is charging.
